The Sewing Corner is equipped with both a sewing machine and a serger for use during your reserved time. 

Reservation Information 

 

Customers may reserve up to two hours per session, with a limit of one session per day.  

 

Cost 

There is no cost to use the Sewing Corner equipment. White thread and bobbins are supplied free of charge. The Lab also provides basic tools such as fabric scissors, cutting mats, and rotary cutters. Please bring your own materials for any sewing project you plan to complete in the Lab. 

 

Learn to Sew 

Staff do not provide one-on-one sewing instruction. However, the library occasionally offers classes, which can be found on the library's events calendar. If you prefer to learn independently or cannot attend in-person classes, try Universal Class online for free with your library card.
