Online Resources for Kids

Even though the library is closed due to COVID-19 coronavirus concerns and you may be hunkered down at home, many of the library’s electronic resources are available 24/7.  Here are some great things you can do remotely with your OPL library card:

  • Download children's ebooks and audiobooks using Axis 360
  • Watch streaming videos for kids, including movies, television shows, and videos based on picture books with Kanopy Kids

  • Download a magazine, including children’s titles, with RB Digital Magazines  (Under All Genres select Children.) 

  • Study a foreign language with Rosetta Stone or Mango Languages
  • Stream classical music recordings on Naxos Classical Music

  • View video storybooks paired with nonfiction ebooks on a variety of topics on BookFlix
