Are you ready for a summer of buggy fun, insect adventure, and good books?  This summer's reading club theme is Catch the Reading Bug!   There will be special programs, drop-in activities, storytimes, book discussion groups, free movies, chess nights, a drawing contest, Find Fido Fridays, and more.  We will once again be starting off the summer with a Summer Reading Kick-Off and ending with a special Summer Reading Finale event for the whole family.  This summer we will also be offering three big programs off-site at the American Legion Hall located at 410 E. Dennis Ave. (Dennis & Harrison).  It's sure to be a fun summer at the library!

All young readers (6th grade and younger) are invited to pick up a summer reading club folder at the library beginning Tuesday, May 27.  We will continue to distribute folders throughout the summer.  Use the folder to keep track of all your summer reading.  Bring your folder back between August 1-17 to receive a free paperback book and enter a prize drawing for a $50 gift certificate to Borders Books!  Folders will also be available at our Summer Reading Kick-Off on May 27 at Frontier Park.
