Kansas Room
Olathe Public Library, 201 E. Park
The Kansas Room has an array of non-circulating materials relating to Kansas History especially as it relates to the Olathe area, the Oregon and Santa Fe Trails, and items of interest to genealogists. Of special note is the Historical Photographic Collection, representing Olathe history from the Civil War through the 1970’s. Upon request, prints may be duplicated at a reasonable cost.
Microfilm
Microfilm of Olathe newspapers is available for issues published from 1861 to September 2003.
