The library will be offering AARP Tax Assistance this year at Main. The volunteers will be here to do taxes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10-3 and Saturday from 10-4. They will be offering paper and E-filing each of those days. It is walk-in only, first come, first served basis and is for all taxpayers with middle and lower income. If the Olathe School District closes for inclement weather, AARP tax assistance will not be available that day. You will need to bring the following: * A copy of last year's income tax return* All documents relating to your income (W-2's, 1099 forms, SSA-1099, and any statements from the payer of pension or annuity, gambling income, etc.)* Social Security Cards for all dependents
